LTV Sprint

Our sprint duration is 3+ months:

Scale ups: 3-6 months Larger companies: 6-9 months

1 month for diagnosis + audit + jobs to be done
Minimum of 2 months for coaching & implementation

Our experience is that most marketing teams have blind & weak spots and are happy to learn from people with broader and more in depth channel expertise.

Also by having an implementation program, progress is much faster.

How does a sprint work?

  1. Diagnosis

Send us as much information as possible, so we get a better understanding of your marketing & business strategy and the market you operate in.

  1. Audit

We audit your strategy, ads, advertising platforms, website, landingpages, forms, sales documents and other marketing touchpoints.

  1. Jobs to be done

You receive a document with jobs to be done aligned to your business strategy, with priorities and clear expected marketing effectiveness to be gained.

  1. Coaching + implementation

We help and coach your marketing team to implement the jobs to be done, for example: setting up message and creative design testing to increase advertising effectiveness as well as challenging your media and creative agencies (or inhouse teams).

Sprint Duration

Minimal sprint duration is 3 months

1 month for diagnosis + audit + jobs to be done
2 months for coaching & implementation

Practice learns, bigger companies need longer sprints, as stuff simply takes more time.

Team requirements

This greatly depends on the audit outcome, but usually the weekly workload on the client team is +/- 2-4 hours. 1 hr meeting and 2-3 hours of execution.

We help your team focus on the right things, and the jobs to be done most often are part of normal marketing activities. However, we do expect your marketing team to make time available to obtain our shared goals on time.

Our experience is that marketing teams are happy to learn from external consutlants and do not feel threatened as it feels more like coaching.

Challenging Media Agencies

Many marketeers are unable to challenge their media agency.
As you need a minimum 3-5 years of channel expertise to do so.

LTV Sprint:
1) Gives neutral insights in how your agency team performs
2) Improves weak spots if/where present.

We won't steal your business, and your team will also benefit from the coaching.

Sprints start at € 10.000 for 3 months.
Audits are available at hourly rates.
